Our main office is in the Seattle area. Our Account Services team works out of our midwest office in the Kansas City Area and our Video team works out of the Denver area.

Account Management is handled by all members of the executive team. Each client is assigned a primary Account Manager who acts as a contact for all needs. An Account Coordinator is also assigned, who acts as an administrator to the account and assists the Account Manager. In some cases clients are also assigned a special Media Buyer.
The executive team stays involved on all aspects of account management to offer strategic advice and consistently monitor the service level and corresponding results. All levels of r&r account team members focus heavily on the follow-up, reporting and assessment of tools and services implemented. This attention to detail sets us apart.
